Think for a moment in your life when you did something just for the sake of society and social group…  Think for that moment that you know what you did is wrong and will harm you…  In the previous blog, we learned about how peer pressure can be dangerous for any individual. In this blog, we're going to talk about one of the most common things that every one of us faces which is social pressure.  According to psychology, social pressure is the influence exerted by a group or society on an individual or another group to comply with particular norms or behavior. This pressure can be overt or covert. We all are affected by social pressure. Don’t you think it gets tricky for us as a teenager or students to complete all our parents' expectations… but the weird part is that no one understands it. Every time a teenager is not able to fulfill the expectations we are treated in such a way that we are meant to do the such things that we are not capable of at times.  This peer pressure can be a lot. We as kids do not want to disappoint our parents but if you remember the last blog, we talked about stress and how Genz faces it, and how we choose to escape from it.  What exactly peer pressure is? Who faces the pressure the most? Why do kids face it?
